_ [tDiary] HTMLソースの引用法

tDiaryで、HTML(に限らないけど)を生のまま手軽に引用する方法はないかしらん。<pre></pre>でいけるかと思ったらだめだった。<>なんかをいちいち実体参照に書き換えるのはいやだなあ。
