本筋とは関係ない、日本語表現上の問題ですが。「耳が痛い」ツッコミというのは「（反省すべき点を正しく指摘した）有益な」ツッコミのことなのでは？

「事実誤認が認められる」というわかりにくい表現をあえて使う必要があるのでしょうか。「筆者に事実誤認が認められるので」という文は、認める主体が「筆者」という構文ともとられかねません。その場合、事実を誤認している主体は明確には表現していないことになります。

当初「事実誤認が認められるので」と表現されていたことについて、「まるで他人事のようだ」と評するコメントをどこかで見ました。この文がきっかけで、非を認めていないかのように受け取られた可能性があると思います。最悪のケースでは、「『筆者の事実誤認に基づいた記述』と書くことが自尊心上耐えられないため無意識に回避したのでは?」と疑われていた可能性さえあると思います。

Milixさん、非を認めていなければ訂正記事は出しません。また、推測で語られても困ります。

反省という点について、坂村さんに詫びて受け入れられた時点で終わっているとのことですが、問題とされているのは jlc の信用を落としたこと、これは、事実誤認があったことについては既に反省点が述べられていますが、その点以外に、仮に事実だったとしても jlcの信頼を落とす表現が使われていたこと、そうした記事が jlcに載ってしまうことが問題にされているのだろうと思います。それについての反省はたしかに整理されていないと思います。
